The game starts with a deck of 52 playing cards plus 2 jokers being shuffled and placed individually in small envelopes. The envelopes are sealed, reshuffled and numbered from 1 to 54 and placed in a locked display case. Tickets are sold for the raffle just like any other raffle.

Your purchased raffle ticket is then put into a barrel to be drawn from. If your ticket is picked you have won the opportunity to pick a munbered envelop from the case and a chance to win 60% of the pot!

The card picked is marked and placed face up in the display case for all to see and the following week there is one less envelope (card) to choose from. This continues every week until the Intended (Card) is discovered and the jackpot won. After the jacpot has been won all remaining cards are marked and discarded and a new game is started with a new deck of cards.
